We were pleased to work with Advance Build Contractors at Fountain House, 3 Woodside Terrace in Charing Cross, Glasgow, supplying and installing a range of glazing and aluminium systems throughout the building.
Valued at £75,000 + VAT, the project included the installation of external windows and doors. The doors were fitted with emergency push bars for safe and compliant access. The window installations comprised a combination of louvred panels, top-hung openers, and fixed lights.
Our team supplied and installed internal double-glazed glass partitions, each incorporating two skins of 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass to provide improved acoustic performance. The internal doors were fitted with soft-close mechanisms, and a 60-minute fire-rated aluminium entrance screen was also installed as part of the works.
In addition to the new installations, we carried out numerous glazing replacements to existing windows. With the main works now complete, the final stage of the project will see the installation of window and internal partition manifestations following the builders’ clean.
