Our fast and efficient delivery service

We aim to deliver your order within 28 days, but the majority of orders are delivered between 7 and 14 days. You will be notified in advance of when we expect to deliver your order. Our products and carriers don't go together well, and for this reason our goods are delivered on dedicated vehicles specially adapted for transporting this type of product. Our drivers may require assistance to off-load your order by an able bodied person. Unfortunately we cannot take goods further inside your house than the front hallway for insurance purposes. Please inspect your goods upon delivery for breakage, scratches or any damage. Our driver will wait whilst you do this. If your goods are to your satisfaction, you will be required to sign for them. We cannot accept any claims after delivery. If you intend using a third party for installation please do not commit to an installation date until after you have received your goods in a satisfactory condition, this will avoid any danger of financial liability by you for an aborted visit by your contractor.
